I think that Silver Surfer is the biggest disappointment of 2019, most hyped champ that don’t really brings anything new or exciting to the contest.
In this post I would like us all to suggest some ideas to Kabam to make him less than a wet noodle.
Here is my idea:
Silver Surfer’s cosmic energy reducing debuffs damage by 70%
Phase cooldown reduced to 7 seconds
