Need help to upgrade my 5 Star champs

Need help to upgrade my 5 Star champs. I have good 4 star champs but need to focus on 5 Stars.

Any champ worth to upgrade to R4 ? Either for AW or AQ.

Any help or tip is appreciated. Except Aaegon. I don't use him.
