Garbage pulls

I got a 4* Emma Frost and a 4* Superior Ironman out of my 4* crystals and a Dormammu. Are they worth paying attention to?
BTW I sold the ironman, he sucks so bad I don't even need him

Emma Frost is probably your best pull there. Try not to sell champs in the future, though.

Superior iron man helped me s lot early on.

Emma Frost is an amazing champ with a killer sp2 and really great utility

You will be sorry for selling SIM.
You know when? At a point where you will have 9.8k 5* shards and you will open a 4* hoping for a dupe, but instead you pull SIM.

Emma frost is very good. Dorm is nice with his immunity and power control. Always comes in handy in certain fights.

1. Someone probably feels the same about HT.
2. Even if they are "trash" you get more shards in the long run from keeping them than selling them.
3. You'll pull him again soon.

Because you will pull him again, eventually, and you will get 275 5* shards from the dupe.
And you will keep pulling him again and again, and after he'll reach max sig level, you will get a max sig level crystal, from which most of the times you get another 275 shards.
That makes it 550 5* shards for each dupe, which is more than 150 (i think?) which you get for selling him.

That's why I'd keep him, even though he's garbage and he has no utility

Go read the variant 4 thread with all the people that sold all their 1 and 2* champs and are all up in arms about not being able to do the last quest.

You never know when you'll need something and there's literally no downside to keeping a currently useless champ just sitting there

Selling champs will slow down your progression. The short-term gain from selling is worth far, far less than the long-term value of building a roster and getting dupes/shards/max sig ability crystals.

Lol: "levels of butt-hurt" True. This "Frito_man" guy already sold the Superior Iron Man. His post was "garbage pulls" he already has a high level of butt-hurt. Clearly, he's new to this game if he's talking about 4 stars and doesn't understand that his rating depends on his roster. Frito_man, go ahead and sell your champs--its not like a big roster helps you gain more points in the arena or anything...
