Congrats kabam.

Only you guys could figure out a way to take what should be a celebratory 5th year anniversary and holiday event and create a negative cash grabbing scheme. Making loyal player have to buy you 20% drop rates for 1* champs is just stingy and cheap. Like it makes me not want to drop an Odin to spin out some FCCs.

I’m sure some won’t mind ponying up extra cash but why not allow them to be gotten in the pvp like you’ve done in the past?
Are you really that greedy? That’s a silly question not sure why I’d even question it.

You sold your 1*s and got something in return for selling them why should they be given back for free that's like buying a TV then asking for money back without returning it.

Kabam didn’t say you had to buy 1* to do V4. It sounded like there will be an opportunity to get them back for free in the future. It’s too bad if you want to do V4 since it was your own impatience that got you into this situation in the first place.

We need better drop rates on these cristals @Kabam Miike. I just spent 500 units on 2* sig levels and not a single 1* champ, it’s already outrageous that you‘re charging us 50 units for a cristal with 1/2* champs only, the 1* that you can’t get anywhere else have a ridiculously low drop rate.

I remember starting this game in 2017 and I didn’t get any 1*s. I surely didn’t sell them. 50 units for a 20% chance is ridiculous.

You're actually incredibly wrong about that. I never sold my 1 stars and I only have 5. People that started playing at a time when 3 stars were accessible very early or people that advanced quickly enough that they were replaced by PHCs didn't buy any of those trash 1 and 2 star hero crystals. Such people are genuinely just having it rough. Adding to that the fact that all other crystals in the game have a lower drop rate for rarer champions and this crystal conveniently has the odds flipped is indicative of a very greedy mindset as has been called out by many already. Also, this unfairly punishes the people that got lucky and pulled 2 stars out of these when they started playing, when the rest of the game heavily rewards getting lucky. Now, personally I don't find the issue that bad if you have a couple of the 1 stars, even unranked. There's vulnerability nodes everywhere so it's really not that bad. But then again, there is a caustic temper mordo which acts as a very hard gate for exploration. All in all, I love the concept but the highly restrictive nature of the champions that are needed is rather off putting.

If you could grind them from pvp not long ago then why don't people have them? Greedy always cracks me up. Which are the altruistic games that don't want to make money? I can't remember.

Right. I’m a Kabam plant because I don’t jump on the hate train with you. It’s not Kabam’s fault you sold your 1* champs for basically zero reason. There is seriously no reason to sell a 1* champ for any reason. Why does Kabam have an obligation to give you back 1* champs because you decided to sell your champs for a pitiful amount of resources? I don’t get the logic. Kabam said in the future they will probably have a way for you to earn them back for free but yeah they’re greedy for sure. Absolutely nothing in the game walled solely behind cash. That's why this is greedy. Nobody is opposed to them making money. If they weren't profiting, we wouldn't have a game. It's the absolute P2W aspect of this that people hate. Pay money or don't play. That's a massive turn off personally. Pay money to get ahead? Sure. People can work with that. We had those silly "Win 50 fights" objectives for those spider verse champions. Was it dumb? Yes. Was it acceptable? Yes, because people had the option of putting in time and effort to get what they needed as opposed to ONLY units. If you can't grasp what the issue is, you shouldn't be here. Go explore v4 since you seem to have everything you need for it.
