Your new update just locked me out of my main account

I can't log in to my main account. There's no log out option anymore. Every time I try to log in to my main account I get a spinning circle that never ends.

Been playing this game for about five years now, and all my work is gone now. So, I guess I'm being forced into retirement from the game. This sucks to have it end this way. I enjoyed this game but I'm not spending four years trying to regain what I've lost.

And of course I can't go to support because it's asking me to log in, but I can't log in so that's not an option

Am I going to get any response from any mod regarding this issue? I've been a loyal player for a long time. It would be nice to get a hint of concern about this issue.

Should I assume this is something you don't care about and just go away? I understand that I'm just one player and if I can't log in to my account it's not important to the overall Kabam business. I was hoping for some help or some acknowledgement of this issue, but I guess that's not gonna happen.

You'll get a response they cant help you on forums and to go to the support page and put in a ticket

Be patient. It took a very long time for the game to load for me a bit earlier.
Like 10 times longer than normal.

You also might try uninstalling the game and reinstalling.

I tried the uninstall. Didn't work. Game currently thinks both my emails are linked to my secondary account. My main account doesn't load up at ... just runs the circle, not the game one that looks like a wheel, and then times out

I finally got logged in. Both my emails through Play Store only go to my secondary account. My Kabam sign in emails are now switched somehow. I'm still getting emails from Kabam to my correct accounts.
