Current Mechanics of suicide mastery and willpower:

Willpower heals %age of base hp while suicide masteries bleed and poison damage is affected by hp boosts.

Bigger hp boost you use, bigger is the damage from suicide masteries.

For willpower boosts doesn't exist. maybe in allieswar on the map where your hero gets + 100% atack Hp with suicide mastery they just melt by suicide
