7k Prestige player looking for 5x5 AQ

I am a super active player I spend about 6-8 hours a day playing, mainly in arenas but I am always on the game so can normally hop into AQ to move/take down nodes if needed.
I am looking for a 5x5 AQ alliance with minimal AW as i think its a waste of time and resources for the little amount of rewards it gives.
I don't mind doing AW casually but i'm not going try hard in AW.
I have 1 rank 5 5 Star, 7 Rank 4 5 stars & 3 R1 6 stars.
