Need some good rank up advice! (Please respond)

Just finished v4 100% now and got a mutant 4-5 gem! Domino? Also have so many other gems and need to know if I should hold them or use it. Already have sparky at r5 as far as tech goes, and void and cap IW at rank 5 for science. I could use the science 3-4 on gulk for v1 exploration or wasp (no 5* ghost) or save for thing. I could use a tech 3-4 gem on IMIW or doc ock, or wait to pull ghost.

Ghulk is great for starburst and other passive fun and interractive damage but overall domino is to insane to pass ranking up
