Ditching parry mastery for uncollected

Has anyone tried this to confirm that its worth trying? I'm so used to using parry that when I try to block it parries and I get murdered..

You can't ditch parry anymore. To do so would mean to abandon the rest of the proficiencies masteries including dexterity.

Is this for the Aegon boss?

Absolutely not worth it for masochism just use a champ to out damage the regen or intercept
