When are we going to hear details about champion re-balancing (Ebony Maw, Cull, Torch,etc.)

Last time we were informed that these champion rebalancings will happen in December . When will the details be released?

Apparently @Kabam Miike and co. have gathered all the the data already (as of Dec. 6), they just need to organise the data to present it to us. He mentioned that this process would still take them some time, but failed to mention this would be delivered in December.
