The players of this game REQUIRE a better recourse for when the game crashes

Hello to the forums,
I'm writing because of a situation that happens on a recurring basis and is never something you can predict: game crashing.
Specifically, when you enter into a fight in either AQ or AW and the game itself immediately crashes. It happens in Arena and in other content, but instead of penalizing the player by removing 50% of the remaining health and (in the case of AW) losing an attack bonus, it simply just shows a dialog box and let's the fight resume.
I know there's always a chance of cheating and using force closing to get around stuff, which is likely what this is intended for. However, it's seriously flawed and ends up really hurting honest players.
I get the joy of dumping a ton of potions that I really don't have "spare" of in order to take my 30k health 5/65 Champion back to full and for what? I hit "Fight" on my phone. I didn't exactly CHEAT or deserve to lose an attack bonus.
Honestly, it's the attack bonus that's the most B/S out of this whole thing. I get to carry a stain during this War where we might lose because the game crashed? Seriously? This is competitive?
It needs to be addressed. I've been pissed off at this game plenty of times, but this type of situation takes the cake.
