Should I take up Green Goblin or Stark Spidey?

So I recently pulled both Green Goblin and Starky as 5 stars, and I'm wondering who to rank up. I do have a max sig 4 star starky who is my second best champ, after gwenpool, and I'm confused whether I need to rank up 5 star version of him since I already have him at 4 star r5.

Always rank up God tier 5* regardless if you have them as a maxed 4*.
