Question regarding Acornucopia

So according to the blog, we've to be "unbeatable" in the acorn arena to get the acorns. My question is does that means we'll have to follow something like the infinity streak and what happens if we lose a battle? Do we lose all the acorns which we collected or something else?

And question is whether it is farmable.

Or whether it’s like a solo infinite dungeon that rewards acorns with saved progression levels and acorns at that level...

based on how the announcement post reads, it sounds like you keep any acorns you win for an individual fight.

I'm thinking similar to how you earn a little gold and battle chips for each standalone arena fight.

keep all the ACORNS you can carry as you move from battle to battle.

Those rewards are yours to keep, so challenge yourself to see how many Enemies you can defeat, and how many Acorns you can collect.

I don't think it's an arena. To me, it reads like it's a quest with increasing difficulty and the further you go, the more acorns you get.
