    Sometimes takes a little bit to refresh and acknowledge your hitting milestones.

    Happened with Loyalty Spend for me this morning, Ally was up several milestones, but when I bought an alliance crystal it just showed “have to contribute or meet alliance requirements” or whatever that particular message is.

    Try restarting game, should clear up.
