Anyone have a 5 star Doc Oc?

I'm really curious about this champion. From what I'm reading his life steal only triggers off opponents who are healing.

He was soooo hyped up, but everything he does seems to be pretty random and on short duration.

If you have a 5 star version how are you liking him so far? Does he live up to the hype?

I have one but unduped. We can't know because he's bugged though, his dupe ability isn't working

What part of the dupe ability isn't working? From what I've seen on videos it seems to be working.

I believe he isn’t bugged the wording is just hard to understand he’s a beast against Regen champs he also has good power locking abilities

low regen around like 10% of the total health regained by opponent or something
heal block
power lock
using sp3 tends to increase the debuffs

That lifesteal just work for 5*? Why?. I thought abilities were the same no matter the stars.
