Can my account get banned for linking my google play to the game?

I remade my account recently because i unknowingly broke the TOS with my last one (didn't get banned, but I don't want to take the chance). I've got a new kabam account now, but is it still safe to link my google play to the app even though it was linked when I violated the TOS?

To clarify, what i did was use an emulator to play the game. And my google play was logged in as well as my old kabam account when i used it.
