Why didn't I get this

I started grinding on my baby acc for a GGc to send to myself. I planned to get to the 275 units in the ally milestone. I finally found an alliance that was at 10k points. 10k away from getting the 275 unit, but now it's 20,000 and I participated in the gifting prior to the units. I don't understand why I didn't get the 275 units?? Plz help Kabam.

Look in the red part on the second pic it says you have to get 930 point minimum to claim the milestone you only got 465

No that's for Tier 4 the 275 units is tier 3

Yeah I just went back and checked it appears you are correct not sure why you didn't get your units maybe something to do with you recently joining?

You joined the alliance after they already reached that milestone. You need to be in the ally before reaching each milestone.

You joined the alliance after they already reached that milestone. You need to be in the ally before reaching each milestone.

Did you read my message I wrote at the top I joined the Alliance when it was 10k points not 20k and I participated before we got to the 20k but I didn't get it

And also Kabam support doesn't always help like last time I sent a ticket it was because I didn't get season rewards they didn't help a bit

Did you check your stash? Same thing happened to me today, but it showed up in my stash.

what part don't you understand? you may have contributed to someone's points, but not to this alliance's points. get to 930 and you'll have caught up like everyone else who started at zero. this prevents alli hoppers jumping in without contributing appropriately.

Nope doesn't work like that my brother joined a Alliance when it was at 19k I joined at 10k and didn't get it stop trying to be all smart when you just end up looking stupid

I didn't ally hope I've been in for at least 5 days while my brother joins when it is at 19k gifts some gets the 275 units No they did not

It works like AQ. When you join an ally and the AQ has just started you can only spectate. In this case you joined post 10k points with the 20k points not reaches yet. The run to the milestone had already begun so you are not elegible to get it even if you contribute. Hope some mod confirms it. Sorry for your disappointment
