Ok so tier 4 is now low and looking to upgrade. Currently struggling on act 4. I have a lot of skill iso in my inventory and a lot of mutant in my stash. I haven't yet got enough tier 4 to do more than one.
I do like domino she is good, blade is good but to regen without taking hits is hard. Hawkeye has good utility, Emma frost is handy but lower heath and damage. 5* are more expensive but are they worth it ?
I know this is a big list but looking at these champs they do have good points.

My choice would be Iceman for immunities.
Hawkeye, power control with bleed, really helpful.
Domino, she's insane.
Taking a 5* to r3 good indeed but try to get used to domino so u can choose whether to take her to r5 or not yet.
