a suggestion what if Electro could get

what if Electro could get passive shocks by himself like old man logan's passive bleeds? and increase energy resistance per passive shock. max stack could be 7.
this would increase his offensive potential a little for everyone getting him in 6*s.

It’s be a nice simple but effective buff, maybe an 8 second one per crit ir something, that would synergies with his sig as well

yep could go well with duration depending on power level.also his specials could inflict shock if above 4 passive shocks on him. also cant beilieve there's disagree on post about buffing a character that was released in 2015 😂. is that you "rhino" putting disagree here

That’d actually be a really cool idea, maybe a flat 5% increased chance to stun per shock on electro as well to make that reliable
