Whom do I upgrade for ACT 5 collecter

1. 5 star Luke cage 1/5
2. 5 star winter soldier 1/5
3. 4 star Namor 1/5

None of the champions are awakened, and I don’t have any awakening gem with me now.

None of the above. Have a 4* hulk? The stun is pretty sweet for Collector, and you can dish out decent damage if he's awakened by reviving, but not healing.

Have a 4 star hulk ragnarok not awakened.
Also have 5 star crossbones,
4 star hela, Memphisto, Jane foster, red skull, symbiotie supreme and ice man

None of the champs are awakened.

Would any of them help.
