Negative Rocks

Idk why I have negative rocks, I never did something wrong, What I can do?

I made a purchase of 4 crystals with my credit card, 4 days later I get a message saying that I have negative runes, I needed to contact the Kabam forum, I did it, and they didn't solve anything for me, what can I do or how can they help me, please, I got desperate.

You have got a refund on something

If you purchased with a credit card, and then later either you requested and got a refund from the credit card company, or it was with a stolen card that the bank caught and cancelled the purchase...
Those are ways you could end up with a negative unit balance.
You will basically have to make up the purchase again (so Kabam actually gets their money, because the earlier money was refunded) before you can go positive again.
