I haven't logged in for a few days and when i logged on today i did not get the AG gift, did it have to be claimed on Christmas Day?

I checked the stash, mails and inventory just in case but nothing

When did you create your account ?

Mail msgs would not have expired from inbox in that short of time (let along the mail items still remaining in Stash-Rewards tab even after mail msgs disappear after a week).

I created it a around 3 years ago i think (have the howling commando title) im cavalier so i should have gotten the generic as far as i am aware.

I logged a ticket and apparently missed the time frame, considering christmas was 2 days ago im not sure how the time frame was this short.

It’s NOT like Calendar reward where you need to login each day.

Mail msgs get sent out en mass. Msgs stay in inbox for (I think about) 7 days. But during that time (and even after the mail msg disappears) any items within the Mail msg will also be available to claim from Stash-Rewards. Don’t look in Stash-Inventory, that's the wrong Stash Tab.

Unless maybe you hadn’t logged in for like a year and maybe your account had been designated as inactive ???

Christmas day lasts 24hours where I live. That's the time you had to claim the gift. Only 362 days to go til next Christmas. Can you wait that long?
