Has anyone noticed that on revives and what not it's saying limited offer....but there all the same price no offer at all lol

    That's not normally the place where people look at the items to buy from store, but if you look at the Store itself the Revive and other items have a timer on top of them. Maybe due to Gifting Event, as I don’t think they have a limit cap, nor do they have escalating costs like Glory items do.
    Probably carried over that timer status to thus say Limited Time from within the Quest/Revive screen.

    Anyways, it doesn’t say “Limited Time Discount”, just “Limited Time Offer”.
