Domino Incinerate not dealing damage

Anyone having this issue too?

I play on android and didn't noticed this problem until I used domino/Red hulk synergy today for act 6

So far, any fight in 6.2. I still finished without the incinerate damage, but wanted to let it be known.

What I want to be known is that reading solves 80% of these problems
