I DID NOT GET MY REWARDS AFTER PAYING FOR TONY'S BRIEFCASE!!!

I payed for Tony's briefcase didn't get the units then there was suppose to be extra rewards dec30 6 grandmaster crystals and 1,400 four* shards never received anything!!

Mail Msgs are sent out all at once. When you actually login to game, and actually open the Mail Msg, is out of Kabam's control. Mail Msgs stay around for up to a week unless you delete them earlier, but that doesn’t mean that any offers they are telling you about will actually stay around that long.

They are announcing that a limited time offer was being made available to everyone (as of when they send out the mail msgs). The time does NOT start on money-purchase offers in the upper-right Unit Store only once you get back to game, it starts the same time for everyone.

** (but some of the Unit-bought Offers, like the pop-ups, do actually work like that, starting from when you login)
