Looking for a relaxed alliance for my alt

Once the gifting event/AW season have both ended, I’d like to move my alt over to a different alliance. Want somewhere relaxed with optional AQ/AW (usually play it on that account but need to be able to take breaks when necessary). Lvl 43 account, about 40% through Act 4 exploration. No 5*s yet, three 4/40s. Just want somewhere I can play casually and grow that account.
