Ghost to 100% variant 3?

Hi, I r5'd my Ghost yesterday, because the next thing for me is variant 3.
I already did 1 run with it. (I`m cavalier, 100% act5, explored Variant 4)
I was wondering if Ghost is good (if not the best) for every path in variant 3.
Besides her I have a r4 5* Nebula, r4 4* duped Sentinel, r5 4* Sparky.
I can r5 sentinel because he is also usefull in my arena teams.
Will Ghost be able to effeciently run every path? Or are some paths far from ideal for her?

I have 100% first two chapter. Still now no issue for me. Only completion done for third chapter.

Till now I have used Omega Red against electro and an annihilus (as he in same path and omega had lot of health left). Other that she was mvp. Hopefully she will do the same in last chapter.

I did the majority with ghost, but you need a different answer for Kang. Someone who can keep a debuff on him to prevent healing up.
