6.2.1 bug?

Hey guys, I'm slowly exploring the act 6.2 and just now I have the 6.2.1 to 54% and I don't understand something.

On all of my runs I couldn't cause any damage over time from bleeding, incineration, poison, even degeneration from omega red, the icon de uff appeared but no damage.

Just now I came from YouTube, watching how people explored this act and it was ok, I mean any de uff caused dot, so was there any update to the node or is it bugged.

Doesnt rhe node say debuffs dont do damage? That's lifecycle right?
