Balance to Champs

I thought we were supposed to get info on the balancing to HT, Annihilus, and Squidward in late December? Are we now not receiving any information? Or did I completely miss something.

Did some digging on YouTube and found a video by iLac.

There was an announcement saying they will now update us in January and the balance changes will happen in February
