Cheating during gifting

As a player that spent actual money I find it disappointing that Kabam has done little to curb this cheating behavior, and in fact rewarded it. I realize I'm wasting money on a game. However, it is still a business transaction done in good faith. Because we as players spent money, and people were allowed to cheat with disregard from Kabam, I will no longer be spending any more money. Grounds could be made for arbitration or class action status as the abuses here relied on fraudulent credit card purchases thus violating the law, and voiding aspects of Kabams TOS since they as a company willingly participated in the actions

it all depends on your level of spend I guess. For me, and for what I spent ($15) and arena time I landed in 1-5% bracket for alliance and 11-25% solo. I have nothing to be upset about. If I had dropped significantly more and a cheater had taken a spot away from me, I would be pretty pissed

Interesting that the main set of Bot accounts most commonly being referenced (around 60 different ones all similarly named, which will go nameless here so hopefully doesn’t violate rules) are no longer actively online. They all seem to say either last login 2 days ago, or 11 hours ago.
So hopefully they have been banned (yes, I know Kabam can not actually comment), or maybe they are taking a break until close to next year’s gifting again (??)
