Thanos (Infinity War) Idea

Titan Physiology: Take no damage from poison and take 75% less degeneration damage. Poison does not reduce healing, but instead boost it by 30% each. Ineffective against mystics.

Passive: Infinity Gauntlet
Generate a buff at random based on the stone every 8 seconds for 24 seconds. Critical hits pause them for 1.5 seconds
Reality: Unblockable on medium attacks
Power: Unstoppable against basic attacks
Time: Regeneration regenerating 15% of man health
Space: True Accuracy
Mind: Vigilance
Soul: Prowess

Passive Mad Titan: start each fight with all buffs from previous fight. Dashing back and holding block for 1.2 seconds consumes one of each buff and they become a persistent charge. Once per fight. Each buff consumed grants 4% of max power.
Max 30 persistent charges
For each persistent charge plus 3% crit rating.
For each buff transferred they suffer 10% less potency and duration. Max 60% reduction.

Passive Fine I Will Do It Myself:
Specials are unblockable if a buff is active and have plus 5% special damage for each fury.

Specials: Healing block the opponent for 12 seconds and grant a armor up buff increasing armor rating by 40% for 12 seconds. Both refreshed on critical hits.

Sp1: Stun for 2.5 seconds
Grant a perminant fury increasing attack by 3%. Stacks endlessly but does not transfer from fight to fight.

Sp2: Remove all buffs on the opponent.
The last 4 hits incinerate the opponent dealing 3,400 damage each for 8 seconds.

Sp3: Activate all persistent charges and stun the opponent for 6.5 seconds.
Power lock the opponent for 7 seconds. Power lock pauses on crits.

Sig Ability: Will of mad titan
All buffs have plus 30% duration and potency. Well time blocks inflict concussion reducing ability accuracy of opponent by 100% for 6 seconds.

Synergies:
Eternal Foes: imiw caiw Thor rag
Thanos: well time blocks pause buffs for 1.5 seconds
Imiw: plus 30% special damage per armor up, and flat 15% armor up ability accuracy.
Caiw: kinetic potential charges and passive fury last 5 seconds longer.
Thor rag. Each hit of sp2 inflicts armor break and attacking the opponent pauses thunder gods wrath.

Children of thanos: em, cg, pm, co, gamora, nebula
EM: plus 350% seven damage and specials have plus 50% attack if the opponent has a deteriation active.
CG: plus 20% crit damage during specials and start the fight with plus 5 charges.
PM start the fight with a 20 seconds fury buff increasing attack by 49% percent. Crits pause it for 0.8 seconds
CO: plus 5% attack and crit chance per combo shield charge
Gamora: Plus 20% buff duration and special damage
Nebula: Plus 30% shock damage and power lock duration
Thanos: Thanos deals 15% of his current attack as direct damage on each special hit.

Lord Thanos: Self
Plus 10% attack and plus 5% block proficiency for each synergy completed.

Supreme: Doctor Strange
Doctor Strange: plus 100% special damage and sp2 effects are guaranteed
Thanos: For each persistent charge plus 1% perfect block chance and plus 0.5% block proficiency. He can parry projectiles.

Stone collector: Vision AOU
Vision AOU: specials are unblockable and power lock the opponent for 4 seconds. Power lock is paused on basic attacks.
Thanos: While near the opponent generate buffs 25% faster.

    Prowess increases special damage by 25% and the ineffective against mystics for titan physiology takes about the natural healing reduction from poison.

    Doctor voodoo counters him though, reversing his healing through poison and removing his buffs.

    They could just buff all champs to make them this good so they all are op and their opness counters each other.
