Missing rewards from gifting event

@Kabam Miike whats happend with solo and ally rewards for gifting event??? Lot of us missed rewards even are milestons reached, spend a lot of units. Hope will soon be fixed

U need to contact tech support thru the gear icon in-game. The mods on the forum are not able to help with specific accounts. They dont have access to that information.

Who are “lot of us” ?
People who maybe left the alliance before getting the rewards in mail ?
Were you able to claim Milestones along the way ? Just not Rank Rewards afterward ?

Haven’t heard anyone else say they never got Solo Event Rank Rewards (except those who asked about it very shortly after event ended).
