Hey guys who should I awaken?

I am currently on the collector chapter right now and was thinking if I could benefit from any of the champions in the boss battle...
All of the below champs are 4* 5/50, except Daredevil. But I could take him to 5/50. I don't have enough sig stones for level 99 though.
