Anyone having thumb or elbow pain cuz of game?

Hey guys i suffer from these pains time to time. I dnt play much arena but still have pains. Is there Anyone like me?

What bothers me is i dnt even play arena a lot or any content i dont text a lot. I do 50 60 series in one arena maybe in 3 days. Maybe something else wrong. Cuz some people grinding all arenas. And playing all content they dont suffer from it.

Can be because of other thing but the pain only triggers when playing. Maybe you lack certain vitamins or proteins or something

Im mostly arena retired myself due to wrist issues.

I've broken then a few times each from sports and stuff before but man does this game mess them up years down the line

I'm super prone to carpal tunnel and other wrist issues, so I find if I hit arena hard without taking breaks I get really sore.

Usually after a few rounds I'll put the phone down for a minute, roll out my wrists and shoulders, stretch. Just to get the blood flowing before picking back up. I find I play with less pain this way.

I think I’ve developed immunity, over the Xmas holidays I averaged 5 hours a day and how no pain (I’m addicted I know)

Change up your play style. Use a Stylus Pen instead sometimes. Position of right hand with Stylus is less stressful on wrist. But works better on Tablet that can be rested in lap instead of trying to hold phone doing that.

Just make sure your elbows aren’t tucked in at your side and your wrists are in a natural position. Sitting up and adjusting myself has always worked for me.

In the past, when I would grind arena really hard for 3 days, my ability to type on a phone keyboard completely went out the window.

I find adjusting hand position every few minutes helps prevent muscle fatigue.

My left thumb is very painful but not because of the game. Well, it is, but the problem is I use a 10.1" tablet and it's pretty heavy
