Medusa armor shatter does not stop armor up buffs

This is taken from 3.1 ultron variant.



As you can see, panther builds armor up even if the armor is shattered and, since it is shattered, medusa is not armor breaking any longer

This is very annoying and a major break of medusa's key ability. Please fix it!
