Well I always saw this happen to others and never to me, but after grinding some arena I bought one 300units crystal (2019 champs) and well, this guy popped out!

I got him as a 6*. But I was slightly disappointed because I pulled him as a 5* and R4ed him before hand. Only use the specials on Havok when you lots of plasma charges and foe has a good amount of feedback. His non-contact medium makes him a solid counter for Electro, Abomination, and Korg. He is also immune to incinerate.
