What is the design phylosophy of making champs like Namor, Cull, Ghost, Sunspot and Proxima Midnight who have the potential to do MASSIVE damage currently at r2-r3 6* with future room to grow (r5 6*), but any content that they could actually see their full potential there's a damage cap?
This doesn't even take into consideration re-balancing champs that are doing "too much" damage...
"We lowered your damage so you can do less damage, but still a lot of damage, so we cap your damage.... .... ...... O_o"
