what does Improved the Double Edge and Liquid Courage Mastery interactions with all Champions immune to either Bleed or Poison. actually mean? can we have some details on this?

Before, using champions with a natural immunity to bleed/poison effects would not try to trigger the debuff from the masteries.
After the update, it will try to be applied, and failed due to the immunity. This is so that abilities and nodes like "whenever a debuff would fail to apply on the opponent" can work and interact with the suicides

so didn't fix the order of when it applies so fury can turn off the poison, got it.
