I wanna know why I got banned?
I spent a lot of money on this game I didn't used any hack and am already shared a problem, was my brother is logging into my account on his device and hers is a Pic, now I was playing new monthly event and disconnected, your account banned for week, and I tried to login again to see if there was any error, the game says u got banned for a month!! A month, why, I need an explanation please

    That seems to be pretty clear. Account sharing is against ToS, so both you and your friend working on the same account is ban-able.

    I got hit too and my daughters account. Which I let her use on my phone. Unclear of how this is a violation
