Discrepancy between acorn inventory and store

My inventory says that I have over 87,000 acorns. I go to the Squirrel Store to spend them and it tells me I only have 8,900. Is there a conversion that I don't know about? What am I missing here? Thanks!

It probably hasn't updated yet. Restart or just wait a day.
