I want to know if the purchase limit in the squirrel store gets reset

It doesn’t.

If you are Uncollected, all items available in store sum up to 1 million acorns.
So to get the score you need to buy every item in the store.

However, if you are not Uncollected, you wont be able to reach the 1 million milestone, cause not all items will be available to you
