Power-shield Node description bug

Power-shield Node now says special attacks do an extra 1% damage, compared to the previous 400%. Tried fighting him and it works as intended, Specials are still doing the correct damage so it's just a visual bug in the description.

This was in war, not sure if the node was affected anywhere else.

war map nodes 37 & 41 that have power shield no longer say "specials cause 400% more damage" it has been changed to 1%. Hopefully it's just a typo

Also saw this in one of the variant paths that had power shield with only 1% displayed. Assumed it was different from other power shield nodes
