Friend in alliance had units stolen by Kabam!

They claimed he issued a refund of the purchase but that never happened!!! They just put his units 4000

in the negative to account for the “refund” but he’s never received such. Kabam is refusing to correct their mistake and will not show proof of such refund.

Is there anyway to call someone and speak to them on the phone???? This is absurd.

The phone line was disabled years ago. Support is the only way to get this resolved.

I appreciate you trying to look out for your friend, but in cases like this, it's important to not believe everything that a friend tells you.

We cannot comment on actions taken on Individual accounts in the forums. Your friend will have to contact our support team on their own, but in cases such as this where Users have made chargebacks (or used services that have), we will not lift the Contest Credit balance.
