Who to use my 4-Star Awakening Gem on?

I have a generic 4-Star Awakening Gem and don't know who to use it for. My next goal is to be Uncollected and I only need to clear Act 5.2.6 to do that.

My Top 4-Star Champs are:
1. Havok
2. Symbiote Supreme
3. Gwenpool
4. Doctor Octopus
5. Omega Red
6. Proxima Midnight
7. Vision
8. Sunspot

Any suggestions guys? Thanks a lot!

I would say either omega red or sym supreme. theyre both really good

Omega red definitely.
He gets a major boost in damage by his sig
