Killmonger SP2

Has anyone else noticed that Killmongers SP2 is getting blocked a lot no matter where in your combo you pop it? I am having it happen all the time. i unfortunately haven't tried to get video of it as I am new to all of that.

Yeah it is very annoying and is costing me pots at times. I wonder if this is a bug or as intended because it used to never do that.
