These look nice. I expect there will be higher tier options coming later?

One thing I do not understand is the bit about rarity. Does this mean you get to select the same tier champs at the same time? I.e. there can only be 3 4 stars or 3 3 stars or 3 2 stars?

You don’t get to select the Tier (* Rarity). It basically randomly rolls what Rarity (2*/3*/4*) will come up (based on the stated Drop Rates). And then randomly rolls 3 champs within that Rarity as the ones you get to decide from.
