PURE SKILL NEEDS TO BE FIXED

I have wasted 4k units to unlock 5/5 the pure skill mastery... it s not like it was anything amazing but it was doing some work I used to see the difference between the criticals that my skill deal according to the past where I didn't had it..this mastery is not working, I haven't see ANY officially post about it,why do u forget ALL the time pure skill kabam?? money and time were invested to finally unlock it 5/5 and when I did it you nerfed it... PLZ either fix it either return back to us the units we invested!
