Science Awakening Help

Ive recently scored a 5* Science gem off the Acornucopia rewards. Im still a bit salty atm since I used my generic on Cap IW shortly before the event was announced. Which of these dudes should I use it on for now?

Save until HT is buffed to see if he's worth it. Otherwise Thing benefits from dupe on defense, plus has highest prestige if you're into that
