My app won't load past the title screen

Hello, about a week ago I woke up and my app refused to load past the title screen with Nova's helmet in the background, for no reason, there was no update or anything, i had played a couple hours prior to this in alliance quest.
I recently deleted the app and re-downloaded it and the same issue persists.
I love this game to death so i'd appreciate any help

Forgot to mention, I'm on an Iphone Xr and I've tried using data and using wifi separately when booting up the game
