I daresay his usage bumped up more after mvinceable's performance last year.Also becoming available as 5* and 6* will have bumped him up more as well.He's still very versatile, and his Sig ability is still totally awesome, especially combined with Cap IW. I have yet to see Doctor Disabled Hands be versatile in any endgame content lol

I have yet to see Doctor Disabled Hands be versatile in any endgame content lol I used mine quite a bit in Act 6. The fights take a while , but he can usually finish fights with full health. Saves a fair amount of potions that way.Heck, I used mine for the initial clear of 6.2 Collector. You dont want fights to take a while in act 6 with all those crazy nodes. Loki and Hood can also be used on 6.2 champion but doesn't mean they are viable for act 6. I'll pass on him

^^ This man gets it. I love my 5* Strange. Used him all over Act 6, and his synergies are amazing.
